EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract is entered into this day of , by and between the EUCORAIL Korea,Inc.(hereinafter referred to as COMPANY)and Mr./Ms. (hereinafter referred to as EMPLOYEE)under the following conditions and terms.

5.WORKING HOURS:
The standard working hours in a weekday, from Monday through Friday, shall be eight(8) hours, and on Saturday shall be fore(4) hours, totaling forty-four(44) hours per week, excluding recess periods.
however, EMPLOYEE agrees that overtime work may be allowed up to a total of sixty(60) working hours per week, when requested by COMPANY:provided.
6. WORK RULES AND OTHER REGULATIONS:
EMPLOYEE shall observe fully the Work Rules and all other regulations established by COMPANY will take disciplinary action, including discharge, against EMPLOYEE in the event that EMPLOYEE breaches the Work Rules or other regulations.
7. PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF EMPLOYEE
EMPLOYEE shall be on probation for three(3) months, during the period of which EMPLOYEE shall prove himself or herself or to be qualified as a regular emplotee.
8. OTHER EMPLOYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
