손상된 뇌의 반대측에서 마비증상을 보인다.
편측(한쪽)의상하지또는얼굴부분의근력저하가나타난상태를의미한다.
Weakness는 좌측이나우측중한쪽에서만일어난다.

Hypotonic arm은 무겁고 floppy하고, 이는 trunk를 당기고 balance를 방해하며, stiffness를 느끼고 부자연스러운 자세를 가지게 한다.
근 장력의 변화는 근육정렬과 근육길이에 변화를 일으키고, 정상적인 움직임의 재교육을 방해한다.

Poor trunk stability
Muscle weakness(core muscle)에 따라 trunk의 stability가 떨어진다.
Volitional muscle activation
기능적인 활동을 하거나 움직이려 할 때 팔의 과도한 flexor muscle의 작용이 관찰된다.
