※ 주의 (Remarks)
1. 상기 동물 또는 물품의 발송시에는 이 증명서를 첨부하여야 합니다.
In consigning the above animals or packages in which the above articles are packed, they should be accompanied with this certificate.
2. 송하인은 상기 화물을 이 증명서와 같이 뒷면에 기재된 국립수의과학검역원(지원 혹은 출장소)로 발송하여야 합니다.
The consignor should address the above commodities to the National
Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service(or Branch or Sub- branch
thereof) indicated on the back of this certificate along with this certificate.
3. 수하인은 상기 화물을 상기 국립수의과학검역원(지원 혹은 출장소)가 행한 검사를 받은 후 수취하여야 합니다.
The consignee should receive the above commodities after the completion of
inspection at the above National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service.
