DISTRIBUTORSHIP AGREEMENT
This Distributorship Agreement(this "Agreement" ) is made and entered into this day of 20 by and between ,a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of with its principal place of business at 주 소 , a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Korea ("Korea" ) with its registered head office at , Korea (the "Manufacturer").
WITNESSETH :

WHEREAS, the Distributor is a company engaged In the business of and desires to obtain the right and license from the Manufacturer to distribute and sell the Products in the Territory.
