AMENDMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT AGREEMENT (the Amendment) is made this day of , 200-, by and between ABC Company, a corporation duly organized and existing under the law of the Republic of Korea, with its principle place of business at ----------------(ABC Copmpany 의 주소기재)(the ABC) and Hope Company, Ltd.,a corporation duly organized and existing under the law of the --------------------, with its principle place of business at ______________________________ (the _____) to amend and supplement the ------------ (Name of Agreement) made by and between the Parties on ___________ (원계약 체결 임)(the Original Agreement).
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Article 1 of Original Agreement shall be replaced in its entirety by the following provision:
