§ Congenital Anolmalies
(1) Agenesis or Hyperplasia
(2) Tracheal & Bronchial anomaly
(3) Vascular Anomaly
(4) Congenital Lobar Overinflation
(5) Congenital cyst
(6) Interlobar & Extrapulmonary lobar sequestration
§ Atelectasis
: 폐의 불완전한 팽창이나 이전에 팽창된 폐가 collapse되어
상대적으로 공기가 없는 폐실질을 형성
(1) obstructive atelectasis: 기도가 수축
(2) compressive atelectasis: pleura에 blood, air가 들어참
(3) contractive atelectasis: scar로 인한 수축
(4) patchy atelectasis: sulfarctant의 loss
§ Diseases of Vascular Origin
(1) Adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)
정의: diffuse alveolar capillary damage로
호흡곤란, 청색증, 동맥 저산소혈증을 동반하는 질병
특징: pulmonary edema
hyaline membrane
§ Obstructive vs. Restrictive pulmonary disease
(1) Obstructive disease : 부분적 or 완전한 협착
COPD
(2) Restrictive disease : total lung capacity 감소
lung expansion에 장애
§ Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
