EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT(영문‐고용비밀계약서)
This Agreement made and entered into this __________ day of __________ , 2000, by and between SAM Co., Ltd,
a Korean corporation having its principal office at _______________ Young‐gu, Seoul 10‐25, the Republic of Korea(hereinafter referred to as "SAM"), and , a(an) _____________ citizen, having Family I.D. Card No. _______________ issued at _______________ on date(hereinafter referred to as "Employee")
WITNESSETH: _______________________________
WHEREAS, Employee employed by SAM ; and
WHEREAS, SAM is a company which desires to manufacture and/or distribute in components for electric and electronic products("Products") using the trade secret, know how, proprietary information or technical Information ("Trade Secret") owned or controlled by SAM ; and
WHEREAS, Employee desires to be one of SAM's employees to be engaged in the manufacture of the Products and
to have access to SAM's Trade Secret ; and
WHEREAS, Any unauthorized disclosure or breach of confidence by Employee of any of SAM's Trade Secret during
or after his employment would cause serious, incalculable damage and loss to SAM.
