AFTER‐SERVICE AGREEMENT (사후관리계약서)
This Agreement made and entered into this __________ day of __________, 20__ by and between ABC Co., Ltd., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Korea and having its principal office of business
at __________ Guroo‐Dong, Jin‐Gu, Seoul 150‐721, the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as "ABC" and __________ , a corporation organized and existing under the laws of __________ and having Its principal office of business at __________ hereinafter referred to as "Company")
WITNESSETH :
WHEREAS, Company desires to furnish its Customers(as hereinafter defined) with after sales services for the Products(as hereinafter defined ) ;
WHEREAS, Company desires to have ABC perform the Services(as hereinafter defined) for the Products on behalf of Company ; and WHEREAS, ABC desires to perform such services, NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter contained, the parties hereto agree as follows .
