PLANT SUPPLY AGREEMENT
This plant Supply Agreement(the"Agreement") is made and entered into this __________ day of by and between ______________ , a corporation organized and existing under the laws of ____________________ having its registered office at ______________________ ("purchaser") and ________________ , a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Korea having its registered office at ___________________ ("Supplier")
